Refinery

Refineries convert the raw materials extracted by mines into refined material. Refined material is used by manufacturing facilities (such as shipyards) to build ships and facilities, and to equip troops. Refineries work together with Mines to produce maintenance points. Maintenance points are required to provide the materials and parts required to keep units in the field.
