DrSlice, I think you missed an enemy to the database, the Cactuer. He's actually the one you can morph into Tetra Elemental.
'Cactuar' needs corrections on Exp, AP, Attacks, Morph and Elements.

The Cactuar here is listed completely correctly in information except for the fact the it morphs into at tetra elemental. The truth is, there is another.
Yes, another cactus-like creature called the Cactuer.
The Cactuer is located, as I've stated in my previous comments, in Cactus Island located directly south of Cosmo Canyon and a smidgen to the west right before the south end of the map cuts off.
This is the one you're looking for to morph into a Tetra Elemental.
Statistics Information:
Lvl. 40, 6000HP and 120MP, nothing to steal and does not drop anything, it is VERY hard to hit him with physical attacks so all those people that are keep a record of 0 escapes beware.

Cactuar Found also...
The Cactuar can also be found in the middle of the ocean directly south of Cosmo Canyon. It is very small and is no visible on the map just like the island where the Knights of the Round is found.
