This battle is easy, use Dagger, Eiko, Quina and Steiner. Abilities are pretty simple, make sure that Quina knows Mighty Guard, have a phoenix pinion equiped to Eiko so she will know phoenix (Summons phoenix to revive party completely and damage enemies). Then make sure
Dagger knows curaga and that Steiner knows shock. Just keep casting mighty guard and have eiko use phoenix whenever someone dies and have Dagger cast curaga and use softs. Never have steiner do anything but shock. You'll kill Necron so quickly. This actually works for any boss.
